Our restaurant is your home – at least, that’s how we like it.
We’re French natives, recreating the culinary traditions of Provence in the heart of Adelaide.

Think thyme, tarragon, garlic and truffle.
Butter – real butter that’s good for the heart!
Slow-cooked brisket and steaming hot bouillabaisse, brimming with local seafood.
Beef jus, bright green peas and the unmistakable aroma of bouquet garni.

Simple, healthy and tasty.

We get excited about South Australian produce – happily similar to that found in Mediterranean Provence.
Our menu reflects the seasons, capitalising on fresh, local ingredients that don’t need to be fiddled-with. We’d rather prepare food simply, letting it sing on the plate.

Of course, eating goes beyond what’s in front of you.

It’s an experience, encompassing who you’re with, the room you’re in, the story of each ingredient. Meals are best taken in the company of your favourite people – great conversation and a glass of Rosé, compulsory.
(For this reason, we encourage you to BYO interesting friends – they’re the best Jus.)
